Terms of service

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop elieestudios.com of the company Goldmann, represented by Bela Goldmann, Gottschedstraße 17, 22301 Hamburg, Germany.

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

3.2 By submitting the order by clicking the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

3.3 Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately after the order has been submitted by e-mail. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

3.4 The contract is only concluded when we dispatch the goods or expressly confirm acceptance.

4.1 All prices are final prices including statutory value-added tax and plus shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment is made in advance, via PayPal, credit card, or instant transfer (Shopify Payments).

4.3 In the event of default of payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.

5.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

5.2 Delivery times are stated in the shop.

5.3 If a product is not available, we will inform you without delay. Any payments already made will then be refunded.

6.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The cancellation policy can be found separately on our website.

6.2 Personalized products or products made according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.

8.2 In the event of slightly negligent breaches of duty, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

8.3 For damages that have not occurred to the delivery item itself, we are only liable insofar as they are based on gross negligence or intent.

10.1 German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.2 The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is Hamburg.

10.3 Should any provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
