Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship all orders via DHL standard shipping.

  • Germany: Delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Europe: Delivery within 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Germany & Europe: Free shipping (no minimum order value)

All shipping costs are covered by us.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and correct.
We do not assume liability for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery is available only to addresses within Germany and Europe.
DHL typically delivers Monday through Saturday.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment online at any time.

Transport Damage

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.
If you notice any transport damage, report it without delay via email to contact@eliee.de, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
