Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or hat.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, excluding the cost of return shipping, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The cost of returning the goods must be borne by the customer, except in cases where the supplied goods do not correspond to the ordered goods or are defective.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs

• Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g. sealed items that have been opened)
